This Private Membership Agreement is hereby made by and between HCU Mushrooms Ltd Private Membership Association (the Association), an auxiliary of Colorado non-profit corporation HCU Education Ltd dba Church of Higher Consciousness Unlimited
By signing this document and/or by using or joining any HCU Mushrooms Ltd and/or Church of Higher Consciousness Unlimited website or social media group, I swear I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the following HCU Mushrooms Ltd
Private Membership Association Agreement: 1. This Association of members declares that our main objective is to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees, political freedom, and the common-law right of self-determination as guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) for every member. We aim to achieve this objective by providing our members a platform in which to gather, share ideas, and help one another by allowing the members and founders of the Association to conduct all manner of private business with the Association, with other Associations, and among Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of The United States of America, the UDHR, common-law, and any previous protections guaranteed.
2. As members, we believe that the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights under the Federal Constitution, State Constitutions and Statues, common-law, and the UDHR, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right not to incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other inalienable rights as guaranteed by those Constitutions, Statues, and laws. We believe in the common-law right of self-determination in health care decisions as guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment to United States Constitution. We strive to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees, freedom of choice in health care and religion, and political freedom of every Association member and through our membership, to every citizen.
IT IS HEREBY Declared that we are exercising our right of freedom of association and religion as guaranteed by the 1st and 14th Amendments of the U.S Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. As such, Association business and activities are restricted to the private domain only and therefore fall outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, regulators, contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.
3. We declare the basic right of all of our members to decide for themselves which Association members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice on all matters including but not limited to education, physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, and any other matter, and to select from our number those members who are most skilled to assist and facilitate the actual performance and delivery of advice, therapy, guidance, treatment and care, and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, and suggestions, from whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.
4. We proclaim the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies and treatments that we think best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease, for achieving and maintaining optimum wellness, and for promoting and maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. We proclaim and reserve the right to include medical and health options for body, mind, and spirit that include but are not limited to treatment modalities and therapies practiced or used by any types of healers, therapists, health scientists, or practitioners the world over whether traditional or nontraditional, conventional, or unconventional, tested or untested. We proclaim the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding law and any other private business activity.
5. The mission of this Association is to provide Association members with a forum to conduct business between Association members in the private domain with all the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.
6. The Association will recognize any person (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who is in accordance with these principles and policies as a member and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.
7. Membership to this Association, HCU Mushrooms Ltd, Church of Higher Consciousness Unlimited and any of their groups may be terminated by the Association Board or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is behaving or interacting with them or any other members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the principles, wellbeing, and betterment of this Association.
8. I hereby agree to join HCU Mushrooms Ltd, a private membership association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. I freely choose to change my legal status as a public person or patient to that of a private member of the Association. I understand that fellow members of the Association that provide services, products, advice, and care, do so in the capacity of a fellow member and not in the capacity of licensed care providers. I further understand that within the association no doctor-patient, provider-patient, client-vendor, or customer-vendor relationship exists but only a contract member-member Association relationship. I further understand it is my own responsibility to carefully consider the advice and/or recommendations offered to me by fellow members and that I follow those recommendations at my own risk. I agree to hold harmless other members, HCU Mushrooms Ltd staff, other worker members, and the Association and its Board of Directors from any liability resulting from such advice or recommendations, except for harm that results from instances of a clear and present danger of substantive evil as determined by the Association, and as stated and defined by the United States Supreme Court.
9. I understand that since the Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S Constitution and the UDHR, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies ad Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Director(s), members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee or member committee and will be waived by the member for the benefit of the Association and its members. Because the privacy and security of membership records maintained within the Association which have been held to be inviolate by the U.S Supreme Court, the undersigned member waives HIPAA privacy rights and complaint process. Any medical or healthcare records kept by the association will be strictly protected and only released upon written request of the member. I agree that violation of any waivers in this membership contract will result in a no contest legal proceeding against me.
10. My activities within the Association are a private contractual matter, that I refuse to share with any local, state, or Federal investigative, enforcement, or regulatory agencies, agents, or boards. All records and documents remain as property of the Association, even if I receive a copy of them. I fully agree not to file a malpractice or other complaint or lawsuit against a fellow member of the Association unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil. I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or promise of cure. I affirm that I do not represent any local, State, or Federal governmental agency, non-governmental agency, regulatory or oversight board, or any organization whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation to enforce a legal code, act or statute.
11. I understand this membership is limited to allowing use of the HCU Mushrooms Ltd website, social media, and other informational only content and events. I understand that to access full member benefits, I will need to: 1.) prove I am an adult age 21 (twenty-one) or older and a resident of the state of Colorado; 2.) Complete a screening form and talk with a senior member about your planned use; and 3.) Sign an HCU Mushrooms full membership agreement and pay the annual fee.
12. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written, oral, or implied. I have read and understand this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time.
