Member Qualifications

Members must be at least 21 years of age and have a Colorado mailing address.

Member Benefits

Consults with informed professionals who advise on wellness and harm reduction with natural medicine.

Locally sourced and lab tested medicinal microdoses available for shipment or pickup in clinic.

Educational events and wellness workshops held in locations across Colorado.

Annual Registration

Your annual registration in the HCU Mushrooms Private Member Association gives you access to support members, advising members, services, products and events. Register each year for optimal long term, preventative wellness.

  2. Complete MUSHROOM QUESTIONNAIRE
  3. A Valid Colorado ID 
  4. Payment is required at time of service
